Puyallup Building
The Puyallup State Office Building was a build to suit building for the regional offices of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and an office for the Department for of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Both agencies are a part of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) which is the largest agency in the State of Washington.
This is a “Co-Location Facility” which allows various agencies to share services and amenities reducing the cost for the State while increasing the level of service they provide the community.
The Puyallup State Office Building contains 25,000 sf of Class “A” office space on two floors. It is located right on Main Street, giving both employees and visitors easy access from anywhere in the region and easy walking access to both retail and restaurants located in the area.

We renovated and expanded the previous building which was a 7,000 sf restaurant. The new office building included the construction of a two story addition of approximately 17,500 sf. The building now has new HVAC, electrical and other energy efficient systems and has a new modern façade.
