Crossroads Plaza
The Crossroads Plaza was a successful remodel and expansion of a building originally constructed for and occupied by Puget Sound Energy. The existing building was improved and expanded for the exclusive use by the State of Washington. State-of-the-art buildings systems were implemented and the 42,000 square foot building has specialized tenant improvements for two state agencies; the Department of Early Learning and the Department of Social and Health Services.
Challenges/Results
As an expansion and remodel specifically for the State of Washington, the project was on a very tight schedule and MJR fast-tracked both permitting and construction to deliver the space timely. The State of Washington continues to occupy Crossroads Plaza as a very satisfied tenant.
