Federal Way Building
The Federal Way state office building was a successful remodel of a brick building originally constructed for and occupied by State Farm Insurance. The existing building was expanded and improved for the exclusive occupancy of the State of Washington. State-of-the-art building systems were implemented, and the 23,000 square foot building has specialized tenant improvements specifically for the State agencies.
Challenges/Results
As a remodel project for the State of Washington, the Federal Way building needed specialized improvements in the offices and the systems throughout the building. MJR was on a fast-track schedule to get the building completed, and we completed the remodel and addition on time. The State of Washington continues to occupy the Federal Way building, as a very satisfied tenant.
