Continental Plaza Continental Plaza is a 66,000 square foot Class “A” office building developed with Pacific Development in Downtown Kirkland. This modern brick and glass structure is set in a wonderful location just east of the Park Place complex in the heart of downtown Kirkland. When the building was developed, it housed two floors of tenants who were also owners in the project. The other two floors were leased to independent tenants. MJR worked as the project manager.
